Rules for using TestKolik and the agreement between us. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
Only you may use your account. The phone number must belong to you. If you're under 13, do not sign up.
2. Content rules
Quizzes you create cannot contain hate speech, racism, child abuse, incitement to violence, or obscene/illegal material. Violating accounts are closed without notice.
3. Premium
Premium subscriptions are purchased via App Store or Google Play and auto-renew. When canceled, access remains until end of period. Refunds follow the store provider's policy.
4. Copyright
You retain copyright over all content you upload. TestKolik gains the right to display it in the app. Report copyright issues to [email protected].
5. Limits of liability
TestKolik is an educational tool. We don't guarantee answer accuracy; AI content may occasionally be wrong. We are not liable for decisions based on this content.
6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you in-app or by email for material changes.
