This page explains what data we collect when you use TestKolik, what we use it for, and your rights. We tried to keep it simple.
TL;DR
- We store your phone number only to verify your account.
- Quizzes you generate with AI are not shared with other users.
- We do not sell any data to advertisers. Ever.
- Delete your account anytime with one tap — all data erased within 30 days.
1. What data we collect
On sign-up: phone number, display name, language preference. In-app: your quiz results, time spent, device model, IP address (kept only for security; deleted after 30 days).
2. How we use it
To provide the service (quiz history, leaderboards, AI quality control), to improve the app (anonymous usage analytics), and where legally required (court order etc.).
3. AI generation privacy
Text you enter into the AI quiz generator is sent to the Anthropic Claude model. Anthropic does not use your data for training. Generated quizzes are saved to your account only.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK: you have the right to request a copy of your data, correction, deletion, portability, and to stop processing. Email us at [email protected].
